Pench National Park experiences a tropical climate with distinct seasons. The summers are hot and arid, with temperatures soaring up to 40.5°C. Monsoons arrive in early July, bringing an annual rainfall of around 1300 mm till August, revitalizing the parks flora and fauna. The more pleasant winters follow, with temperatures dropping to a minimum of 4°C. Although not ideal for extensive wildlife viewing, the cooler months provide a comfortable atmosphere for exploring the park natural beauty. This weather cycle significantly influences Pench ecosystem, offering a diverse and captivating experience for both wildlife and visitors.
